After a three year absence, the Rotary Club of Niagara-On-The-Lake was back with their popular Icewine Cocktail Party fundraiser. Showcasing Niagara restaurants, wineries and breweries, this year's event raised funds for Red Roof Retreat and Rotary's international projects.
