Drive-by Santa Claus parade delights residents and staff at Fairvern Long-Term Care Home
Residents and staff at Fairvern Long-Term Care Home were lucky enough to get front-row seats to the last Santa Claus Parade of the season in Muskoka with a special drive-by parade today at the facility. The parade was a collaboration between Fairvern Nursing Home, the District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario Provincial Police - Central Region, Muskoka Paramedics and local residents and supporters of the long-term care home. A truly wonderful and festive display.
The Annex to become new walk-in clinic for Huntsville residents
A new walk-in clinic is coming to Huntsville in the early New Year thanks to funding from the provincial government, a partnership with the Town of Huntsville, Muskoka, Ontario, and some amazing work between the Algonquin Family Health Team and local healthcare advocate Dr. Melanie Mar.
