Crime Stoppers of Halton has partnered with Crime Stoppers programs in Durham, Guelph-Wellington, Waterloo, and Niagara to help combat human trafficking. Jessica Kaitting was at Halton Regional Police headquarters this morning, where the details of this new campaign were announced.
