The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Tourism, Official Languages and La Francophonie, was in St Catharines to announce funding to strengthen Celebration of Nations a local Indigenous tourism experience, to celebrate unique culture, history and creative arts, while creating new economic opportunities.
