Host Clarke Heipel is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University. Clarke first got his start at YourTV in 2003, when his mother Louise encouraged a shy and nervous 16 year old to connect with his community through volunteer work. He fell in love with the staff and volunteers of YourTV Halton. Fast forward nearly 20 years later, Clarke is now Anchor of YourTV North Bay's Cogeco News. Off hours, he is a proud serving member of the Callander Fire Department, Associate Comrade of Callander Legion Branch 445, and dedicated volunteer of numerous area organizations including the North Bay & District Humane Society. Whenever possible, Clarke is spending time with his pride and joy, Stanley, who was adopted from the NBDHS in 2016.
