The 2019 OPG Winter Festival of Lights kicks off on November 16th! A large part of the Festival's success are the volunteers who contribute thousands of hours over it's duration. The Festival recently held a BBQ to welcome new and returning volunteers, and Kennedy Reynolds was there to file this report.
