On Friday, Fairvern Long-Term Care Home in Huntsville held an Open Doors event to symbolically welcome back the community into the home. This followed the lifting of a majority of COVID-19 restrictions that were put in place during the pandemic to protect residents of long-term care homes in Ontario.
