The Cobourg Kodiaks hosted the Brampton Excelsiors on Sunday July 20th at the Jack Burger Sports Complex. It was a must win game for the Kodiaks to keep their playoff hopes alive, but the Excelsiors had other ideas as they outscored the Kodiaks 9-4 in the second period and went onto a 14-9 win and eliminated the Kodiaks from the MSL playoff picture.
