*5K Pride Run/Walk and Yoga in the Park*
Lace up for a morning of fitness at Lamoureux Park! Practiced runners and beginners alike will enjoy the scenic trail along the St. Lawrence River. The start and finish line are located at the clocktower.
Bring your yoga mat or beach towel for Yoga In the Park. All ages and experience levels are welcome to join in the fun!
$20 for adults and children 12+.
$10 for children under 12.
FREE for children 5 and under.
This cost includes water bottles and a continental breakfast.
Registration opens at 9:30AM and both activities begin at 10:00AM.
Children and pets are welcome!
