The Kingston Heart Clinic invites all interested to a night of patient education on Oct 22, at the Four Points, Kingston. The event is geared to further participants' understanding of Diabetes, its pathophysiology, associated complications (especially those that relate to the cardiovascular system), and management. This will be led by Dr. Margaret Cases (Cardiologist), Dr. Sara Awad (Endocrinologist), Mei Shi (Pharmacist with Cardiac Specialization), and Sara Moore (Nurse Practitioner and Educator for Diabetes).
