Hastings County historical Society presents author, James Stewart who will give a behind the scenes account of Canada's Prime Ministers, based on his book Being Prime Minister. From Sir John A to Justin Trudeau, the author will peel back the curtain on Canada's leaders to reveal what the job--and their lives--were really like.,  He will touch on everything from encounters with celebrities and attempted assassinations to life with pets and invasions of privacy.  This free public presentation takes place at 7:30 p.m. at Maranatha, 100 College St. West, Belleville.  (Ample parking and level access at the rear of the building.)  Bring a friend and enjoy refreshments, conversation and displays following the presentation.  For more info go to www.hastingshistory.ca
