Participants in this workshop will:
- Become an Achieve Ontario certified organization
- Recognize the value of volunteer involvement and increase their ability to attract and retain volunteers
- Be able to use the Position Description Bank to write volunteer position descriptions and performance evaluations
- See how Achieve Ontario helps to simplify volunteer recruitment by helping describe the tasks and skills required for the position, along with any training requirements
Who should attend? Volunteer coordinators/managers and other staff or volunteers responsible for engaging and recognizing volunteers in their organization.
