We invite you to make a difference in the life of someone who is blind or partially sighted by volunteering as a Vision Mate for just a couple of hours a week. As a Vision Mate you will receive training and then be matched with someone living with vision loss in your area, to help them with everyday activities like reading the paper, going for walks or just visiting. We currently need several clients in the Cobourg/Port Hope area who would, very much like a CNIB Vision Mate.
