Heart & Stroke has partnered with 5 of the Niagara YMCA's to offer a blood pressure program called Activate. Participants over 40 years old who aren't diabetic or taking heart medication with Pre-hypertension are eligible for a free 6 month program and 2 month free membership to the Y.
