The Essex Dream Cruise In will run from 3-8pm in the Downtown Essex Centre on Talbot Street from Victoria Avenue to Arthur Avenue. Car entrants can enter Talbot Street from Victoria Ave or Arthur Avenue to park. Admission is 2 non-perishable items. Sidewalk sales available at local businesses!
