“Free Ancestry - 101” – On Tuesday, October 1st, the Nipissing District Branch of Ontario Ancestors, the Ontario Genealogical Society, will be hosting a talk on what information is available from the Ancestry Library Edition, free at all of the local libraries. The presentation will be given by Mary Heasman in Nipissing Branch’s genealogical library on the upstairs mezzanine, North Bay Public Library, 271 Worthington Street East, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We will also be having door prizes of an Ancestry DNA Kit as well as an Ancestry.ca World Deluxe Year’s Subscription.
