To highlight the great work that we have been doing with child and youth at the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre (NFCHC) through our Ontario Trillium Grow grant, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) this year will a little different. NFCHC will provide the community and clients the opportunity to hear directly how our Youth Outreach Team has impacted the families and community members we serve. We will be hosting a free family friendly community block party featuring a bouncy obstacle course, food, games, activities and speakers from our community partners which will all take place during the meeting portion of the event.
All starts at 4:00-6:30 pm and will be in our Centre parking lot at 4790 Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls.
Offsite parking will be available at St. Patrick’s Church (one of our partners).
