Join us for a Scottish Dance Fitness Class! At Highland Hustle Niagara, we combine traditional Highland Dance steps and fitness exercises. Every routine can be modified to meet your level of fitness and no dance experience is required!! We promote a fun, safe and comfortable environment for all. Classes are geared toward adults and are held every Tuesday evening from 7:30-8:15pm. Drop-ins always welcome!!
