Our youth generation honours our Veterans who had the privilege to serve. In doing so, they foster the sentiment of remembrance, speaking to the inherent values of sacrifice and generosity our Veterans made to preserve our Canadian values of democracy.
Children are invited to bring their families and friends to meet our Veterans at the 5th annual
Honour of Duty Veterans Brunch – (hosted by the Windsor Moose Lodge 1499) taking place Sunday October 27, 2019 at the Windsor Moose Lodge 1499.
Once again, the opening ceremonies and program is organized and presented by members of the Jr. Moose. According to Dan Batson (Administrator, Windsor Moose Lodge 1499), “our Jr. Moose is the only active youth group in all of Canada”.
