Professor Lubomyr Luciuk talks about the dedication and blessing of a plaque commemorating the first Ukrainian Catholic Divine Liturgy in Kingston on March 18, 1945. The plaque also honours the Ukrainian Canadian soldiers who fought in WWII. Due to COVID-19, the commemoration was held in private at St. John the Apostle RC Church on March 18, 2020.
