This year marks the 30th anniversary of The St. Catharines Civic Carol Concert, and organizers weren't going to let COVID-19 cancel the celebration. YourTV was asked to come in and pre-tape the Ceremony, with special performances by The Niagara Symphony Orchestra and St. Catharines' own Tim Hicks. Kennedy Reynolds stopped by during the taping to find out why it was so important for the Concert to continue this year.
