The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is officially back in the red zone, freeing up some businesses like hair salons, barbershops and gyms from being completely closed. Just after the announcement was made on Friday, a group of Muskokans gathered outside Norm Miller's office in Bracebridge to protest the lockdown and their rights and freedoms being allegedly stepped on by the government.
