The Oakville Historical Society preserves and promotes the historical heritage of the Town of Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Throughout the year, our promotional efforts include hosting various family activities and events promoting Oakville's heritage.
Some activities include The Mayor’s Picnic, operating the Thomas House Museum, guided Historical and Ghost Walks, research and mounting of local historical plaques, Speakers’ Nights and management of a historical archive and library.
