Break-ins Under Investigation

The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating after a break and enter to a downtown Pembroke business in the early morning hours of Sunday June 27, 2021.  

Sometime between approximately 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. a quantity of cash was stolen from the business in the 0-100 block of Pembroke Street West.     

On the evening of June 28, 2021 officers from the UOV OPP responded to a break and enter to a residence in the 500 block of Almira Street in the City of Pembroke.  Sometime between June 24 and 28, 2021 a quantity of jewellery, including several rings, and American currency were stolen.  

The investigations are continuing with the assistance of an OPP Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) and OPP's Forensic Identification Services (FIS).
