Silver Spire Church in downtown St. Catharines held an open house recently to celebrate Culture Days. Mike Balsom caught up with Shauna MacLeod, Founder and Executive Director of the Willow Arts Community to talk about their new Creative Art Space inside the Church. Mike also spoke with Carousel Players' Monica Dufault about the Trillium Grant they recently received to do some improvements to their rehearsal space.
