Scottish Country Dancing --
It's Fun! It's Active! It's Social!
Country Dancing - (not to be confused with Highland Dancing, which is usually done in competitions or performances - think of the 'Sword Dance') is done in groups of dancers to set formations, which are described and walked through for practice. The only equipment needed is soft-soled shoes. No prior experience is necessary.
