This year the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign will take place from September 19th to 25th at over 4300 franchises across Canada. In St. Catharines and Thorold, YWCA Niagara Region and Niagara Children's Centre will benefit from the sale of Smile Cookies. Andrew Perrie finds out more.
