The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Pembroke resident after a local school board reported a threatening incident at a Petawawa-area school that took place on October 25, 2022.
As a result of this investigation Paul KELLY, age 59 of Pembroke, has been arrested and charged with two counts of uttering threats contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on December 13, 2022.
