Sneak peek: Residents invited to try out the new oakville.ca before it goes live this spring

Four sessions offered on February 9 for residents to provide input

The Town of Oakville is in the final stages of its website redesign and rebuild. With input from the community and oakville.ca users, the town is excited to share its progress and provide residents with a sneak peek at the new oakville.ca before it goes live this spring.

Residents are encouraged to register for one of four drop-in information sessions being held at the Oakville Public Library’s Glen Abbey Branch on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at:

·1 to 2 p.m.

·2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

·6 to 7 p.m.

·7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Space is limited so please register early for the time that works best for you and let the town know if you have any accessibility needs. Light refreshments will be provided and sessions are open to all members of the public.

The sessions will allow you to test out the new website and share you feedback including any final improvements the town can consider to ensure the best experience possible.

Some key improvements to look forward to are:

·easier to find information about programs and services

·more user-friendly navigation

·improved search results

·quick access to your online town account and services

·improved accessibility
