2023 Season Kickoff Meet and Greet. The Bikefit Sunflowers is Niagara's only cycling club exclusively for women. We offer two trail rides a week, one road ride a week and the Seeds program for girls aged 11-14. With groups for all riding abilities, we have something for everyone - including beginners. Come on out to Bikefit at 184 Scott Street in St. Catharines for our Meet and Greet to meet club members, ask questions, find out more about the upcoming season and get registration information.
