A six-week in-person cooking program for all ages with a focus on planning and preparing meals for one or two. Session topics include planning and preparing balanced meals, shopping for nutritious foods on a budget, and preparing and storing food safely. Enjoy all in the company of new friends. Held Tuesdays, March 21st to April 25th from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the SVCHC Community Room, 353 Pitt Street.
