Come join Kiwanis and Ted Barris for a discussion on his book Dam Busters. He'll discuss the secret raid against the hydro-electric dam of Germany's Ruhr River that took place 80 years ago. Ted is not a soldier, but a soldier's storyteller; not a veteran, but recognized by vets as 'keeper of the flame'. He is the recipient of the 2018 NORAD Trophy for this book.
