A transport driver has been charged with carrying an unsecured load on a commercial vehicle after a rock crusher fell off and onto a pick up truck. The rock crusher weighing approximately 16,000 pounds did significant damage to the pick up truck. Emergency crews were on scene and the highway was temporarily shut down while the investigation took place.
