After being presented with an estimated cost of just over $80 thousand to install painted Pride-related crosswalk in the downtown core, Town of Huntsville council decided the current cost is not worth it, but still wants to investigate the idea. Two councillors Scott Morrison and Helena Renwick have been tasked by their colleagues with narrowing down possible locations for this type of Point of Interest, while also looking at alternative ways to keep the cost low for such a project. And they'll also be looking for public input as well.
