On Wednesday, August 16th, 2023, at approximately 4:45 pm, officers were called to the south end of- Hibernia Street regarding sounds of gunshots.
Officers were on scene moments later along with members of the Criminal Investigations Bureau. The Cobourg Police Service continues to investigate this incident. At this time it is believed that there is no risk to public safety.
