In this interactive workshop, we will cover (and practice!) simple skills for presenting, negotiating, and finalizing proposals that will finally "get you a seat at the table".
You'll learn:
- What you need to do to prepare to speak to the Board;
- Tips for looking strong and confident (even if you don't feel that way);
- What to say (and not to say) during the presentation:
- How to negotiate when there is push back; and
- How to ensure that what is agreed-upon is followed through.
