As a result of the ongoing investigation into the September 6, 2023, Victoria Avenue homicide in Niagara Falls detectives have been able to obtain a new clear image of the suspect.
The suspect fled the murder scene on foot. Detectives have tracked the suspect’s last known location to the area of Morrison Street and 1st Avenue.
As detectives continue to develop suspect information there is a belief that he lives in the area.
The suspect in the image is wanted for the Criminal Code offence of:
- Second Degree Murder
Anyone who recognizes the suspect should contact their local police and not confront him.
If you are a friend or family member of the suspect, please encourage him to contact legal counsel to surrender peacefully.
Detectives would like to acknowledge the cooperation of the local businesses that were impacted while the Victoria Avenue scene was processed.

Anyone (residents or businesses) in the area with closed circuit security cameras, doorbell video cameras, or dash cameras are asked to review their footage for suspicious activity for the period between 2:00am and 4:00am on September 6, 2023.
