Equilibrium Burlington is a community based advocacy and peer mentoring group for people and families affected by mental health issues and addictions. Since 2014 they've been working hard to raise awareness and advocate for more funding to create better mental health services at Joseph Brant Hospital. They invite you to participate in their upcoming walk to raise funds and awareness, the annual Walk to the Lighthouse.
