Members of the Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a report of a gun at a local school.
On September 26, 2023 just after 11:30 a.m., OPP received a call reporting an individual had a gun at a school in Arnprior.
Officers attended and searched the school. As a precautionary measure, officers searched all local schools to ensure that students were safe in the area.
Officers did not locate a firearm or suspicious activity.
