Village of Hope Niagara has begun our Season of Hope campaign, working desperately through the
coming weeks before the holidays, to see that our neighbours in need have what is necessary to see them
through the Season of Hope, a hamper of food for a festive dinner with their children, or partners, – gifts,
and most importantly, hope. Sponsorship levels of Family $250, Senior $100, or Child $50 (or other
donations) enable us to share this care with our Lincoln neighbours in need.
This year we are also asking local business to be mindful of the situation, and the importance of their
support of Village of Hope Niagara during holiday events with their collection of food and funds.
Our registrations are up 200% since 2020, and with registrations open now, we're seeing a further
demand increase on our resources. Food bank use in Canada is at record levels according to Food
Banks Canada information. The need has never been greater!
With the support and partnership of Calvary Gospel Church, Village of Hope Niagara are reinstituting our
15th Annual Traditional Turkey Dinner for our neighbours in need, and registered clients alike. The
Dinner will be offered at Calvary Gospel Church on Hixon St. in Beamsville, on Wednesday, December 6
from 4:30PM to 5:30PM, and 5:30 to 6:30PM. The earlier seating for Individuals and Seniors, and the
later for Families.
