The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fatal fire in Arnprior.
On January 10, 2024, at approximately 8:00 p.m., officers responded to a fire at a multi-unit residence on Elgin Street in the Town of Arnprior, where a 30-year-old was confirmed deceased.
The Ontario Office of the Fire Marshall will continue to investigate, with assistance from the Office of the Chief Coroner and the OPP's Forensic Identification Services.
