The accused entered the residence through an unlocked door and after an argument ensued, he began punching the victim in the face and head. The accused left when his ex-girlfriend called Police. While leaving the property, he kicked and damaged the mirror of the victim’s vehicle. The accused was found at his residence in Cobourg and was arrested and charged with the following:

Adult Assault
Adult Mischief – destroys or damages property
