Feb. 28, 2024 – The City of St. Catharines will host a 50 plus Active Living Fair at the
Dunlop Drive Older Adult Centre on Tuesday, March 5. It will take place from 10 a.m. to
2 p.m.
It’s free to attend the fair, which will feature over 35 vendors, showcasing important
information for those 50 and older who live in St. Catharines. There will also be free
giveaways from some vendors, as well as door prizes.
In addition to the various displays, Registered Dietician Leah will also be on hand,
where attendees will learn about healthy breakfasts and maintaining muscle. They can
then hop on the interactive Bike Blender and make a healthy fruit smoothie.
At 2 p.m., participants can then head outdoors for a local walk with the Niagara Bruce
Trail Club.
In addition to the City, the fair is also supported by the Province of Ontario and the
Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario (OACAO).
