
(PEMBROKE, ON) - The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has awarded Provincial Constable Brett Holland with the
inaugural Member of the Year award for 2023.
PC Holland was selected for this prestigious honour by his peers due to his exceptional impact and dedication throughout the past year. He exemplifies OPP's values of serving with pride, professionalism, and honour. His interactions with others have consistently showcased respect, compassion, and fairness.
As a dedicated young officer, his leadership qualities, guided by integrity, honesty, and courage, have not only invigorated but also inspired his colleagues. He is a true team player who has been recognized by his peers as someone who has made the most significant impact through his dedication and commitment to excellence, setting a high standard for everyone at the UOV OPP Detachment.
