Through the first 10 weeks of the Modular Bridge Housing Project, there are some promising early successes.
That conclusion has been made by staff, who brought a report before city councillors last night.
So far, there have been minimal issues on site, with only four emergency service calls, demonstrating improved site stability compared to encampment scenarios.
Staff say they will continue to monitor and evaluate the project, as well as build a plan for after the 2-year term of this project ending November 2025.
