Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON - The Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre is thrilled to announce its continued partnership with Stay Niagara-on-the-Lake for the second consecutive year, choosing Win Henstock's painting "Picnic in the Park" as the cover design for the 2024-2025 tourism map.

"Win's artwork beautifully captures the essence of our picturesque town," says John Foreman, President of Stay Niagara-on-the-Lake. "Her painting embodies the appeal of Niagara-on-the-Lake."

With over 25 years of experience as a professional artist, Win Henstock is an elected member of The Society of Canadian Artists and The Toronto Watercolor Society. She currently conducts workshops at the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre and various locations.

Henstock has been awarded a $500 honorarium courtesy of Stay Niagara-on-the-Lake. The organization and the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre extend their congratulations to Win and express gratitude to all the artists who submitted their works.

"Win's painting stood out for its loose brushwork depicting Queen's Royal Park Gazebo," says Rima Boles, Art Centre Director. "Her work represents Niagara-on-the-Lake’s charm and will undoubtedly entice visitors to explore."

The Stay Niagara-on-the-Lake Tourism Map serves as a valuable resource for those looking to explore the town's tourist attractions, offering visitors not only a comprehensive guide to all that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer but also a listing of short-term accommodation options. Distributed by Stay Niagara-on-the-Lake members, Tourism Niagara-on-the-Lake, local businesses, and Tourist Information Centres, copies of the 2024-2025 season maps are set to be released in May 2024.
