
Tuesday, June 11, 2024 [Niagara Region] – Pathstone Mental Health recently unveiled a
painted rainbow crosswalk at The Branscombe Centre in St. Catharines as part of their strong
commitment to providing an atmosphere free from barriers in order to promote equity,
inclusion and diversity.
The all-inclusive pride flag colors each hold a different meaning, and each color represents an
important value of the LGBTQIA+ community. No matter where you are or how you identify,
the rainbow colors are meant to signify that you are included, welcome, and safe as part of the
LGBTQIA+ community. The new crosswalk at Pathstone’s main site and is a visual reminder that
everyone is welcome at Pathstone.
Pathstone’s new crosswalk signifies an enduring symbol of inclusivity and diversity of all
communities. Our crosswalk is reflective of our commitment to welcoming children, youth and
