Exercises will focus on improving strength and mobility in the shoulders, hips and lower back. Increasing strength and stability in these joints will help prevent injury and maintain your health and fitness.

This program is suitable for all but will be particularly beneficial to anyone playing raquetball, pickleball, tennis or golf

*Bring a set of your own light dumbbell weights (3-5lbs).
