Are you new to exercise, recovering from an injury or has is just been a really long time? Then this class is for you!

This beginner level class will include a combination of seated and standing exercises to increase strength, improve posture and balance. 

Please dress appropriately, bring indoor shoes & water. 

Resistance bands will be provided.
