The Annex / Huntsville’s Healthcare Clinic for Unattached Patients Needing Primary Care
· Due to the high volume of patients in need, the Annex will prioritize patients who have no primary care provider.
· Patients who have a doctor or nurse practitioner within Ontario must contact their own provider first, because many issues can be managed virtually.
· If appropriate care cannot be provided virtually or over the phone, the Annex will do our best to accommodate patients as able.
· The Annex is NOT a walk-in clinic, and appointments must be scheduled by calling 705-789-1744.
· Patients who have a local family doctor or nurse practitioner will NOT be seen for primary care at the Annex and will be redirected to their own offices.
· Hours of operation include: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 4:00 pm.
· Fridays if staffing allows.
What services do we provide:

Patients without a primary care provider are asked to sign up on the waitlist in their home area. Accessing this clinic will not affect your waitlist status.
We understand that there is a great need for primary care in Huntsville and beyond and we are expecting high volumes.
Unattached patients in the Huntsville area are encouraged to register on the waitlist of the Algonquin Family Health Team by visiting AFHT website: www.algonquinfht.ca
Patients from alternate areas are to register on their own respective waiting lists. (eg.– Almaguin Highlands Family Health Team, or Cottage Country Family Health Team)
You may also be able to access alternately by visiting https://www.mahc.ca/en/services/where-to-get-care-muskoka.aspx
